Any pattern, precisely cut

Your design, or ours

Supply your artwork or let us design a pattern — from fine geometric perforations to botanical and fully bespoke motifs. CNC laser cutting gives clean, accurate, repeatable results at any scale, with the open area tuned for the privacy, airflow and light you want.

Every screen is engineered for its fixing and span, then powdercoated and supplied install-ready — fitted by your trades to our details, or installed by our own crew on specialist work. See our capabilities and laser cutting in Ballarat.

Laser cut screen FAQs

Can you cut a custom pattern?
Yes — we laser-cut your pattern or design one for you, in any size and finish. Supply artwork or a brief and we'll prepare it for cutting.
What are laser cut screens used for?
Privacy, facades, feature panels, gates, balustrade infill, planter-integrated screening and ceiling or canopy panels.
What materials & finishes?
Aluminium, steel and Corten, powdercoated in any colour, with coastal-grade finishes for exposed sites.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector artwork (DXF, AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) works best; we'll also work from a sketch or reference and prepare the cut file for you.
Can screens be engineered for balustrades?
Yes — where a screen forms part of a barrier we engineer it to suit the fixing, span and the relevant standards.
Who installs them?
Screens are supplied install-ready for your builder, landscaper or trades, set out to our details and guided by our team. For specialist work — rooftop, crane, oversize or compliance-critical barriers — our own crew can install to final fix, subject to capacity.
