In-stock items ship within a few business days. Made-to-order planters are typically a few weeks; imported project orders are made to a planned schedule — we'll confirm timing with your order.

Both ranges are designed by POBOX and built to the same quality standard. Australian Made is fabricated in our Ballarat workshop (powdercoated locally) with just-in-time turnaround and is best for oversize and one-off pieces. Yes. It's our design and specification, made by vetted partners, and put through POBOX quality control — with independent third-party inspection and final checks on larger project orders.

Absolutely — custom sizes, shapes, oversize and one-off pieces are a core strength. We also design and make bespoke metalwork: water features, screening, balustrades and handrails, brass work and more. See Bespoke.

Our Ballarat workshop is open by appointment. For most projects, the best next step is an online consultation (by appointment) to talk through your ideas; for larger-scale projects we can also arrange a site visit with samples.

Powdercoating in virtually any colour and sheen, including matte and textured architectural finishes, plus Corten-effect looks. Finish samples are available on request.

Australia-wide. Larger and oversize orders are freight-quoted; smaller items ship at standard rates.

Most POBOX work is supplied install-ready and fitted by your builder, landscaper or trades, guided by our team with shop drawings, setout and fixing details. For specialist work — rooftop and crane lifts, oversize or one-off pieces, and compliance-critical barriers — our own crew can install to final fix, with precise on-site setout using the Leica ICS 50, subject to capacity. Every custom piece we make is backed by our Ten (10) Year Limited Warranty — 10 years on structural integrity and the powdercoated finish, and 2 years on installation workmanship, from the date of installation. Powdercoated aluminium is low-maintenance, and finish cover is conditional on a simple six-monthly wash-down with records kept. Read the full warranty →
