We deliver Australia-wide. Standard items ship at calculated rates; oversize and large-format orders are freight-quoted by location and access. Installation is quoted separately.
In-stock items ship within a few business days. Made-to-order and imported project orders are made to a confirmed schedule.
Standard stocked items may be returned within the stated period if unused and in original condition. Custom and made-to-order items are non-returnable except where faulty. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
