Your investment in custom design.

The costs vary depending on the size and scale of the project, and we will give you a quote prior to anything proceeding. Custom design includes concept creation, two free revisions, custom quote, and if you proceed with an order all documentation required for your item to be fabricated to the detail.

The following can be used as a price guide (all prices inc GST)…

  • Quick Design

  • $185
    • Includes changes to screen size, folds etc.
    • up to 2 hours of design
    • Includes 2 revisions (extra revisions @ $79 ea).
    • Includes drawings in electronic format suitable for production.
    • Starter package applicable to: small signs, one off product design for cutting and production etc
    • Additional design work over and above the original design brief charged at $90 per hour.

  • Custom Screens & Letterboxes

  • $275.00 Starting from
    • Includes up to 3 hours of design
    • Includes 2 revisions (extra revisions @ $79 ea)
    • Includes drawings in electronic format suitable for production
    • Includes custom design, shape, layout, fabrication method etc
    • Additional design work over and above the original design brief charged at $90 per hour.

  • Custom Projects

  • $POA
    • Includes custom materials, finishes, design, fabrication
    • Quote will be prepared based on what is involved
    • Includes drawings in electronic format suitable for production.

The Fine Print.

Artwork designed by PO Box Designs remains copyrighted to PO Box Designs and it’s designers until paid for in full. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the first and second set of proofs are provided at no charge and any extra revisions start at $79.00 inc gst per revision.

 

PO Box Designs working files remain the property of PO Box Designs, even after a project is complete. Working files include but are not limited to drawing, DXF, vector files, layered files, fonts, linked files, and stock photography licenses. PO Box Designs reserves the right not to release these files, and charge fees for providing files at it’s own discretion.

 

If the Client believes that PO Box Designs has not followed the brief to the best of it’s understanding, then they may request changes to the design at no cost. Disputes will be mediated by PO Box Designs Management.

PO Box Designs services can take up to 7 working days from payment to produce, and turnaround will vary depending on workload.

Accepting Proofs.

When accepting artwork proofs from PO Box Designs, you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar, numbers, layout and all content. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read. We will laser cut exactly what is accepted in the final proof. Payment of the deposit is final acceptance and no changes will be accepted following payment of the deposit. No recuts at our expense will be cut.
